Titanium powder

Titanium powder is one of our main products, produced by hydride-dehydride (HDH) process. We use some special process control and facilities to ensure low oxygen content.

Applications:

Powder metallurgy, biomedicine, automotive/motor parts, sputtering targets, aerospace and defense, electric vacuum materials, alloy additives, diamond tools, cemented carbide, etc.

Packaging:

Plastic bags lined with steel drums, net weight 50kg, 100kg and 200kg packaging, with dangerous goods packaging performance certificate and dangerous goods use certificate issued by the state, or as required by customers.

Chemical properties:

Does not react with H2O, H2SO4, HCl and HNO3 at room temperature.

N, H, O, C content increases in air.

Can cause explosion when mixed with strong oxides.

Titanium powder is stable at room temperature, flammable at high temperature, and produces silvery white sparks when burning.

Transportation and storage:

Store in a cool and dry place, avoid tearing the packaging, avoid contact with fire, and do not mix with corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis.
